Bookings

How do I make a booking? +

You can make a booking by completing our enquiry form on the Private Dining page or by contacting us directly via email or WhatsApp. Our team will confirm availability and send you a booking confirmation.

How far in advance should I book? +

We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance to allow time for menu planning and preparation. For larger events or corporate bookings we suggest 2–4 weeks notice.

Can I book for the same day? +

Same-day bookings may be possible depending on chef availability. Please contact us directly via WhatsApp for urgent requests.

What happens after I submit an enquiry? +

Once we receive your enquiry our team will respond within 24 hours to confirm availability discuss your requirements and send a formal booking confirmation with payment details.

Can I make changes to my booking? +

Yes — changes can be made up to 72 hours before your booking. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Payment & Deposits

How much is the deposit? +

Deposits vary by experience type — typically between 20% and 50% of the total booking value. The exact deposit amount will be confirmed in your booking details.

When is the remaining balance due? +

The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your booking date. We will send you a payment reminder in advance.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What is your cancellation policy? +

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. We strongly recommend event insurance for large bookings.

Do you offer refunds? +

Refunds are processed in accordance with our cancellation policy. Where a refund is due it will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Private Dining

What is included in a private dining experience? +

Every booking includes a dedicated private chef full menu consultation ingredient sourcing kitchen setup full table service and kitchen clean down after the event.

Can I choose my own menu? +

Absolutely. Menu customisation is at the heart of what we do. During the booking process your chef will consult with you to design a menu that perfectly suits your tastes and occasion.

How many guests can you cater for? +

We can cater for intimate dinners of 2 guests all the way up to large corporate events of 100 or more. The minimum and maximum guest numbers vary by experience type.

Do you cater for dietary requirements? +

Yes — we cater for all dietary requirements including vegetarian vegan gluten-free dairy-free halal kosher and all allergies. Please inform us at the time of booking.

Do I need a professional kitchen? +

For at-home experiences a standard domestic kitchen is sufficient. Our chefs are experienced in working in all types of kitchen environments.

Curated Homes

What is a Curated Home? +

A Curated Home is an exclusively hired property available through Noir et Nectar. Each home is personally vetted and comes with a dedicated private chef curated menus and full concierge support for the duration of your stay.

Is a chef always included? +

Yes — every Curated Home booking includes a dedicated Noir et Nectar chef who will prepare all agreed meals during your stay.

How is pricing structured? +

Properties are priced per night for exclusive use. Dining experiences with your private chef are priced separately and added to your booking during the enquiry process.

Can I bring my own guests? +

Absolutely. The property is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. You are welcome to invite any guests you wish up to the maximum capacity of the property.

How do I apply to list my property? +

If you own a beautiful property and would like to apply to become part of our collection please visit our Become a Host page and complete the application form.

Shop & Delivery

How long does delivery take? +

Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally? +

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping will be available soon.

What is your returns policy? +

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt in original unused condition. Please contact us to arrange a return.

Can I track my order? +

Yes — you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
